1. General Terms

Deposits are credited to your biggo plus wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor. For e-wallets such as GCash and Maya, this is typically instant. By depositing, you confirm that the funds are yours, that you are not depositing on behalf of a third party, and that the payment method belongs to you and is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger an account review.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, account funds will be held securely and released once the investigation is concluded, provided no wrongdoing is found. Where a violation is confirmed, balances may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their biggo plus account may do so at any time by contacting support. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method before closure.

11. Limitation of Liability
